Corporate Services

Administration (Council Support, Secretariat, Registry, Messenger Services, Switchboard Operations, and Cleaning Services), Human Resources (including Labour Relations, Payroll, Conditions of Services),  (Organisational Development, Employment Equity, and Occupational Health & Safety), and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) fall under the purview of the Corporate Services directorate, also known as the “engine” of any Municipality. Corporate Services assists the Council’s legislative and executive activities while providing effective administration to Council. Objectives of the directorate are;
